Privacy policy

We store your account details, your orders, the documents you upload, and the reports we produce, in order to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Emails are sent for order events (confirmation, delivery, reminders, refunds).

Uploaded packs and reports are retained so your purchases stay downloadable; contact support@propeto.com to request deletion of your account and files.
