Refunds policy

If no legal pack is uploaded within 48 hours of payment for an auction product, the order is refunded automatically (with a reminder at 24 hours).

If a Property Information address cannot be resolved against the national postcode file, the order is refunded automatically.

If our analysis cannot process your pack, the order is reviewed by a person and refund is the default for unreadable or empty packs. Card refunds typically take 5–10 working days. Contact support@propeto.com about anything else.
